| This chain sharpener works great as long as you make sure everything is lined up. Great product for the price. Sure beats a file or having to take them somewhere to be sharpener. |

| Directions are poorly written. Product works good once up and running, unfortunately the belt gives out too soon and a replacement is hard to come by. Good luck trying to get to their website. |

| The product came with no directions for setting it up so that one could begin to sharpen his or her chains. This inexcusable failure is absolutely frustrating. I'd like to comment on how it works, but I have not been able to use it yet! |
