| The deliver was excellent i got this package the next. I have never use a chain saw so my oldest child said mom wait until i come to chase city virginia do not use this chain saw until i come to your house so i said o.k. and the next day my son open the box and we plug up the chain saw. we put the oil in it but the bladed did not seen shape enough to cut the tree branch we tryed for a few hours and then gave up. the chain kept coming off, and the branchs is still on the tree.
